The 16th Students’ Gathering was held by the Japan Public Choice Society at the Chuo University Tama Campus on November 9th and 10th, 2013.
 

Based on the overall theme of “what economic policies should be implemented for revival of the Japanese economy,” separate themes were established for 3rd-year students and 2nd-year students.
 

3rd-year competitors consisted of 31 teams from 11 universities, while there were 16 teams from 6 universities for the 2nd-year teams. From Chuo University, the Akira Yokoyama Seminar (Faculty of Policy Studies) won the First Prize for 3rd-Year Students, and the Hirokuni Iijima (Faculty of Economics) won the First Prize for 2nd-Year Students.
