Welcome exchange students

2015.09.28
On September 14, 2015, a welcome party was held for 76 new exchange students at Chuo University’s Tama Campus for the second semester. The reception was followed by an orientation session, Japanese level grouping, and course explanation by the International Center.

On September 18, current exchange students who helped the on-boarding process of the new international students, together with Chuo students, and the G Square staff welcomed the new exchange students during a reception at the cafeteria building.
The new exchange students are from 15 countries and regions including Chuo’s partner schools in the U.S., France, Germany, China, Korea, Vietnam, and Singapore, as well as the government’s initiative to develop African youths in the industry (the “Abe Initiative”). Our new international friends will be studying at Chuo for 6 to 12 months.

Chuo University students are also participating in exchange programs at partner schools in various countries including the U.S., France, Germany, and China.
