Please come to the meeting point of each terminal at the designated time; 9:45am or 2:15pm.

Please come to each residence between 3pm-5pm on March 28. Detailed maps are available here.

>For those who comes directly to the orientation
We will see you at International Center, Tama Campus at 13:00 on Mar. 29.

2019/3/5 Pre-registration request for Japanese Laws courses taught in English (Spring/2019)

If you are interested in taking Japanese Law Courses taught in English, please send your request from hear.
Please be aware that without this pre-registration request, you will not be able to take these courses.

*Only for those who wish to take these courses are required to fill in this form.
*Application period: March 6 (00:00) to March 10 (22:00), 2019, JST

 

2019/3/5 Japanese Language Course Questionnaire (Spring/2019)

Please read carefully “Information on Japanese Language Course for Exchange Students Spring/2019 semester” and fill the questionnaire on Japanese language course.

 *All the expected exchange students must fill in the form.
 *Application period: March 6 (00:00) to March 10 (22:00), 2019, JST

2019/2/26 For Your Arrival in Japan (Spring/2019)

There are four options for your arrival to start at Chuo.
Please click "Arrival Web Form"  for  more details and let us know your arrival schedule.
*All the new incoming exchange students are expected to fill in this form.

The following web-applications forms will be opened at this website as below.
All the schedules are indicated in Japanese standard time.
Please be aware that there is a time difference, please avoid last-minutes applications.
!!Any late applications will not be considered.!!

1) February 25 (00:00) to March 10 (17:00), 2019

  *All the expected exchange students must fill in the form.

2) March 6 (00:00) to March 10 (22:00), 2019
   Pre-registration request for Japanese Laws courses (first semester/spring semester AY2019) taught in English
   *For those who wish to take those courses.
   *Without this pre-registration request, you will not be able to take these courses.

3) March 6 (00:00) to March 10 (22:00), 2019
   Japanese Language Course (first semester/spring semester AY2019) Questionnaire
  *All the expected exchange students must fill in the form.

*Regarding the contract for Chuo rented accommodation:
We received the signed documents from all the exchange students who applied for the said accommodation.
Thank you for your co-operation.
 

2019/2/4 Welcome packages (Spring/ 2019)

International Center starts sending out the “Welcome package“ which includes the following documents to your home universities.
*For those whose home universities are located in Mainland China and Taiwan, the documents will be sent individually to each students.
*For Global LEAP applicants;
Your Certificate of Eligibility(COE) for Status of Residence is still under the procedure at the Immigration Office, as soon as we receive the  COE we will send it with other documents.

2018/11/27 Housing Application For Exchange Students (Spring/2019)

This housing application is for expected exchange students who applied for our exchange program Spring 2019.
Please read "2019 Spring Chuo Accommodation Information (PDF)" carefully and fill out housing application form.

The housing application deadline is 5pm JST (Japan Standard Time) on December 20, 2018,
and it will be automatically closed at the time of deadline.
Please note the session will be disconnected in 20 minutes for security reasons.
Late applications will not be considered.
