Commencement Ceremonies (Arts & Social Sciences) (March 25) 


Chuo’s 134th Commencement ceremonies will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017, on the Tama Campus.

Date: Saturday, March 25, 2017
Venue: Tama Campus, Gymnasium No.1, 3rd Floor, arena

Morning Ceremony: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Participating Faculties: Faculty of Law (including Correspondence Division); Faculty of Letters

Afternoon Ceremony: 14:00 pm to 15:10 pm
Participating Faculties and Graduate Schools:
Faculty of Economics; Faculty of Commerce; Faculty of Policy Studies; Graduate School of Law; Graduate School of Economics; Graduate School of Commerce; Graduate School of Letters; Graduate School of Policy Studies; Graduate School of Public Policy

・Graduates should arrive by 10:30 am / 13:30 pm
・10:50 am / 13:50 pm – Commencement Music begins
・11:00 am / 14:00 pm – Commencement Ceremony begins

・12:00 pm / 15:10 pm- Commencement Ceremony concludes

* There is no on-campus parking available on Commencement day. We highly recommend that you use public transportation.
* Large crowds are expected so please follow the directions of the event staff. So that more guests can be seated, please move to middle of each row and fill all seats.Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
* A live webcast will be available.

* For guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, volunteer student notetaking services are available. To request a note-taker, please fill out the online form and submit it to the Academic Affairs Section by Friday, March 03, 2017.

Please note that bike and motorcycle parking is not available at the entrance of Gymnasium No.1 on Commencement day.
