On Friday, October 24, delegates from University of Tennessee, Knoxville visited Chuo’s Korakuen and Tama Campuses.
Chuo University has been working to expand and strengthen its exchange programs with University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which is one of its partner schools since 2013. While exchange programs are currently underway, the visit was aimed to discuss and share views towards additional future opportunities.
From the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, guests included Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor Dr. Susan Martin, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences Dr. Theresa Lee, Associate Dean of the College of Engineering Dr. Masood Parang, Associate Dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences Dr. Dixie Thompson, Associate Provost of the Center for International Education Dr. Pia Wood, and Assistant Director of the Center for International Education Ms. Alisa Meador.
Along with a productive discussion, the guests visited the laboratory and research facilities at Korakuen Campus, and G Square at Tama Campus.
