  The Kyudo Club

  Kyudo is a kind of archery which developed as a martial art in Japan during the Muromachi period. Of course, International students can join the Kyudo club and challenge traditional Japanese sports.

  In a kendo match, participants wearing protective gear attack each other with bamboo swords called shinai. Of course, International students can join the Kendo club and challenge traditional Japanese sports.

  Chuo University's baseball club has won many times in college baseball league, and has produced many professional baseball players.

  Chuo University's swimming club has produced a number of Olympic athletes, and Some athletes have won medals. Outdoor swimming pool in Tama Campus is sanctioned by Japan Swimming Federation.

  Chuo University opened its International House in March 2011, creating a place where students can develop an international perspective through communication with all types of individuals: new students coming from across Japan, international students, researchers, and exchange students from Chuo's partner institutions.

  The Co-op shop at the Tama Campus (first floor, Hilltop '78) sells necessities such as books, stationery, and computers. It also provides a wide range of services including domestic/international travel arrangements, tickets, bookings for driving schools, mutual society insurance, and apartment referrals.

  Dining Facilities

  Tama Campus dining facilities can be found mainly in Hilltop '78. On the first and second floors and the south side of the fourth floor of Hilltop '78, the Co-op offers a diverse selection of foods, Japanese, Western, coffee, fast food, and patisseries.
