Membranes are expected to play a very important role in the next-generation water metabolism system under which water will be used qualitatively for diverse purposes because membranes enable the transformation of substances without changing the phase. Separation membranes are available in varying pore diameters from MF to R0. In this course, all types of separation membranes will be discussed. Lectures will be given on the structure and the method of use of separation membranes and theoretical equations, and also on the production of separation membranes. Practical training will also be conducted in which students will produce separation membranes by themselves based on the knowledge they obtain about membrane production. The training will enable the students to feel the difference between good and bad separation membranes and equip them with an appropriate method of handling separation membranes.
